Soda Blasting Services

Our soda blast system is ideal for cleaning all types of delicate equipment and surfaces: eliminating sanding, soaking, scrubbing and destructive abrasive blasting. No surface is harmed.

The Process:

The process uses a high pressure, high volume air compressor to propel baking soda onto a surface to remove paint or unwanted contaminants. When the granules of baking soda strike the surface they explode causing the paint or coating to be removed. The air compressor is powered by a diesel engine and the entire system is on a trailer making the system mobile.

For those harder to strip or rusty surfaces such as car and truck frames, sheet metal and numerous other applications, we also offer crushed glass in various grades. Crushed glass produces a natural whiter metal finish that eliminates additional paint prep time. This slightly more aggressive glass media is 100% recycled container glass that helps reduce landfill waste.

Q. After soda blasting will the surface flash rust?
A. Soda blasting does not re-profile the steel so there is no flash rusting and no immediate need for primer.

Q. Do I have to disassemble my whole vehicle to have the paint striped?
A. Soda blasting will not damage glass, chrome and rubber trim.

Q. Do I have to bring my project to you?
A. We offer in-shop blasting, yet if your project is too hard to transport, we are mobile and will come to your location.
